Frequently Asked Questions

  • If you’d like to book a program, email contact@artsinhealthcare.org. In your email, please provide the following information: who the program is for, dates and times that you are interested in and the goals you have for the program. This will provide valuable information to our team. We look forward to talking with you and will reach out to set up a time to meet.

  • We’ve worked with medical and dental students, residents, fellows, hospital administrative staff, nurses, and physicians in at least 15 different specialties include palliative care, OB/GYN, psychiatry, surgery, emergency medicine, dermatology, and anesthesia.

  • The cost of the program depends on the format. For example, if the program is in a museum then there may be admissions costs. There may also be costs for teaching staff. We can work within the budget that you have for the program and discuss various options.

  • Ideally these programs take place in museum galleries with original works of art. This gives participants an opportunity to fully disconnect from the work environment. If it is not possible to have a program off site due to time constraints or other concerns, we can also develop a program via zoom or in person in the hospital.

  • Program length depends on the group’s overall goals, but generally these programs are two hours.
